Sangra Moller donates $250,000 to the building project

Sangra Moller LLP is a leading boutique business law firm located in Vancouver, representing local, national and international clients. The firm's areas of practice are focused on securities and corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial, natural resources and commercial real estate.

The founding partners of the firm, Harjit Sangra and Kim Moller, are members of the Class of 1984.

Mr. Sangra acts for public and private corporations on a broad range of matters and has extensive experience in securities and corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructurings.

Mr. Moller acts for private and public corporations in a broad range of matters. He has extensive experience in forestry, bio-energy development and regulatory compliance.

Sangra Moller has maintained strong ties to the UBC community, and employs many UBC alumni. The Sangra Moller Seminar Room was made possible by this generous donation.

Mr. Sangra and Mr. Moller shared what inspired them to support the law school. "We just felt it was time to give back," said Kim Moller. "We both grew up in this community and completed our undergraduate and law degrees at UBC" added Harj Sangra. "When the Dean asked for our support, we were happy to respond."
