Brad Cocke is a Partner at Harris & Company LLP (“Harris”), a well-regarded labour and employment firm located in Vancouver. Cocke works with both public and private sector employers, addressing his clients’ needs in relation to a variety of legal matters involving labour law, employment law, and human rights law.
Cocke graduated from the law school at UBC with the LLB class of 2012. Prior to attending law school, Cocke obtained a Bachelor of Arts from UBC in 2009. He joined Harris as an articling student following graduation and returned to the firm as an Associate after being called the BC Bar in 2013. At Harris, Cocke plays an integral role on the firm’s Student Committee which deals with recruitment.
Cocke is a member of the Employment Law and Labour Law sections of the BC Branch of the Canadian Bar Association and a member of the Employers’ Forum.
