Kelsey Sherriff is a Partner at the Vancouver office of Miller Thomson LLP (“Miller Thomson”) where she works directly with the firm’s Civil Litigation Group. While Sherriff deals with a complex array of civil litigation matters, her legal practice primarily focuses on health law, wills and estates, and class actions.
Sherriff graduated from the law school at UBC with the JD class of 2009. Prior to attending law school, Sherriff obtained a Bachelor of Human Kinetics from UBC in 2005. She was extensively involved in student government while at law school, holding several positions throughout the JD program including President of the Law Students’ Society in her third year. She also dedicated ample time to the Law Students’ Legal Advice Program, serving as both a clinician and clinic head while attending law school.
Upon graduation, Sherriff served as a clerk at the British Columbia Supreme Court before being called to the BC Bar in 2011. She joined Miller Thomson as an Associate in 2011 and was named Partner in 2017.
Sherriff is a member of the Canadian Bar Association.
