Mandeep Gill graduated with LLB class of 2003 from the law school at UBC. She currently works as an Associate at Harper Grey LLP (“Harper Grey”) in Vancouver. As a member of the firm’s Health Law, Professional Regulation, and Critical Injury Law Groups, Gill’s primary focus is on representing clients in civil and disciplinary matters.
Prior to attending law school, Gill obtained a BSc from UBC in 2000. Upon graduating from law school she joined Harper Grey as an articling student before being called to the BC Bar in 2004. Since her appointment as an Associate at the firm, Gill has gained ample expertise in the health law arena. Her work frequently brings her before the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia and the Health Professions Review Board. She also has experience appearing before the Supreme Court of Canada as well as all levels of court in British Columbia.
Gill is very active in the broader legal community. She is currently a member of the Medical Legal Society of BC, the Trial Lawyers’ Association of British Columbia, the Law Society of British Columbia, and variety of subsections of the Canadian Bar Association (BC Branch). She has worked as a Volunteer Adviser for Life in Law and also served as Secretary for the South Asian Bar Association (SABA).
